Brian first connected with Compass Supported Employment Services in 1995 after being referred to by a family member. Since then, he has built a meaningful, steady career with the help of individualized services tailored to his needs. 

 

With help from Compass Supported Employment specialists, Brian found work in retail, as well as with railroad transporting conductors between Spokane and Whitefish, Montana. Over the years, he has developed valuable skills, confidence and long-term job stability.
