Individualized
Employment Services
We work alongside each individual to secure gainful, competitive, and equitable employment in the field of their choice.
-
Job Development: Support with resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, dressing for success, and mock interviews.
-
Job Coaching: On-the-job training and guidance to help you learn tasks, build confidence, and adjust to your work environment.
-
Ongoing Support: Continued check-ins, additional training, and assistance to help you succeed and overcome challenges.

Vocational Rehabilitation
We offer Vocational Rehabilitation services designed to help individuals build skills, secure employment, and maintain long-term success through personalized support and training.
Services include community-based assessments, job placement, job retention, independent living and intensive training services.
Transition Services
We help students in their final year of school prepare for and move directly into employment after graduation. By working with schools, families, and referral partners, we focus on skill-building, career exploration, and connecting students to meaningful work opportunities in their communities.
Students must be eligible for Developmental Disability Community Services (DDCS) and willing to work with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to participate.
