Cait has participated in Employment Services since February and has shown remarkable dedication to her employment journey. Through consistent effort and a positive attitude, she has successfully secured a paid seasonal position with the Salvation Army, where she will be collecting kettle donations to support community members in need.

 

Throughout her time in services, Cait has remained motivated and proactive. She attended multiple job fairs, engaged with employers even outside of scheduled appointments and submitted applications and résumés whenever opportunities arose. Her determination and willingness to take initiative have been central to her success.

 

Cait is excited to begin her seasonal role, knowing that her work will make a meaningful difference in the community. She plans to continue her job search during the season, with the goal of securing a permanent position. Her progress reflects her strong work ethic, resilience and commitment to achieving her employment goals.
