Elizabeth began working with Compass Career Solutions as an Employment Consultant in September 2021. During this time, she has been a top performer, with a high job placement rate. She has continued to develop community partnerships, has grown professionally through external trainings, and has demonstrated tenacity during times of personal tragedies throughout this last year. 

 

Elizabeth is a top performer as she continually exceeds company goals, expectations, and professionalism. Elizabeth does not only manage her own caseload, she also offers her supervisor and teammates support whenever needed. Elizabeth goes above and beyond her role as an Employment Consultant by providing information and connecting individuals with resources that may better support them to provide all around great customer service.

 

Not only is Elizabeth a top performer, she also has great job placement rates with the participants that she supports. Elizabeth has 100% placement rate with our DVR job placement services. During her time with Compass, she has placed a total of 18 individuals in community employment through our FCS employment program so far this year. This is about 2 placements per month!

 

Elizabeth continues to work on professional development through external trainings with community partners. She also participates in trainings outside of the scope of her job duties, to ensure that she is the best consultant that she can be. She demonstrates professionalism in her development of community partners to assist in placing individuals not only in employment, but also to utilize employer sites for Community-Based Assessments and Trial Work Experiences. In addition, she meets bi-weekly with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder community partnerships to maintain referrals. 

 

Elizabeth truly is an amazing staff member who has shown great strength and tenacity throughout this past year. She has experienced a number of setbacks and a gambit of personal misfortunes. In spite of it all, Elizabeth continues to show up to work with a positive attitude and desires to continue to go above and beyond for others selflessly.
