Jordan’s story starts with an employer who couldn’t keep him on because of foot traffic. The restaurant just couldn’t justify his position against their bottom line. It wasn’t because he couldn’t work, or wasn’t meeting his expectations; it was simply a business decision.

 

But Jordan wasn’t diminished in his desire to work, or his passion for doing what he loved. He was determined to get another job with another restaurant, preferably doing food preparation. He had the experience, and he had a good resume to show that he really did belong in a kitchen with a team.

 

It was a long year and a half before he landed a Job at Buffalo Wild Wings doing the very important job of portioning out food ahead of cooking in order to cut food waste. He very quickly got to the point where he was hitting the restaurant's desired speed targets for productivity. In fact, he became so efficient that he was able to help out in the dish pit and truly became known as a valued member of the team.

 

Even with some slight interruptions in his schedule due to the recent Spokane wildfires, Jordan has been proving that our clients can provide excellent service if given the chance to rise.
