A New job that is a perfect fit!

This is Paul, today is his first day of orientation with Dick's Sporting Goods. We don't know who is more excited, Compass Staff or Paul himself! 

 

Paul has been preparing for this moment for over a year and a half. His love for sports especially, baseball and basketball made Dick's Sporting Goods a great job match! 

 

Dick's Sporting Goods saw past his insecurities and focused on his abilities. Paul will be working as an Operations/Freight Flow Associate where he will assist with unloading trucks, processing freight and stocking inventory. 

 

Paul says he is very thankful to Compass Staff, "They focused on my interest and were able to turn my likes into an employment opportunity."
