Robert has been working at his local ACE Hardware for over 18 years, and he is just as excited to go to work and interact with his coworkers as he was when he first started. He never misses a day of work and you can always find him working hard, completing all of his tasks for the day, and even allowing some time at the end of his shift to learn a new task.

 

Despite the current world situation, Robert has upheld his spirits and has been able to adapt to the new safety measures in place. He has also been able to continue working everyday as an essential part of the team providing quality work and a friendly smile; a smile hidden behind the mask, that is.

 

Robert hopes to be able to continue working at ACE, which has now become a part of his daily routine. Compass will continue to work with him in discovering new skills and goals that he can look forward to in the years to come.
