We are excited to celebrate Zach and the incredible progress he has made on his employment journey!

 

Through a partnership with the Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Compass, Zach set out to find meaningful work in our community. With the support of his Compass Job Coach Emily Detoro, he connected with Blue Cat Games, a wonderful, local, small business in Cowlitz County.

 

Today, Zach is a valued member of the Blue Cat Games team. He takes pride in keeping the business welcoming and clean by wiping down tables, dusting, vacuuming, and making sure the space looks its best for customers.

 

Zach shows up to work with a full smile on his face, ready to take on the day. With continued coaching support, he confidently tackles each task and gets the job done. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to learn make a meaningful impact on the business and the community.
